[comp.os.msdos.programmer] Turbo debugger and stolen interrupt vectors

anybody ever use Turbo Debugger to debug an operating system that
usurped just about every available interrupt vector?

i tried using an ICE to restore interrupt vectors i considered
significant, like 3 and 9, but i still can't hotkey to the debugger.
