Dear People, My problem is the following : - I have to write for my employer a program which should run under Windows 3.0 as a "Windows 3.0" application ; The trouble is, at the moment there is no information available in the Netherlands as far as developing applications is concerned : no description of interfaces, no run-time libraries, no C-interface, no nothing. If anyone can help me as far as pointing out where to get the things mentioned above, I would be really grateful. Please reply ASAP... ! Thanks for your time.

To do any Windows programming, you really need MicroSoft S.D.K. This package contains all the routines needed to interface your C programs with windows. Unfortunatly this will set you back about 250 pounds. MicroSoft also recomend that you use MicroSoft C v6.0 with it, but then they would, wouldn't they? Hope that this helps.
