[comp.os.msdos.programmer] Printing EGA Images on IBM Proprinter

I have a DEC LA75 on my COM2 (via LIPT1) and I want to save EGA/VGA screen 
images.  I hear that the graphics.com does not support EGA - only CGA.
The DEC LA75 supports DEC's sixel graphics protocal as well as (to my knowledge)
complete emulation of IBM Proprinter (including the graphics protocol).

(1)  Is there shareware program out there that will allow me to print my
     Black&white images on my printer?

(2)  Is there a non-shareware program to do this?

Assuming the answers to the above are no:

(3)  Does anyone have an example source of a TSR that is bound to the 
     <PRINTSCREEN> button?

(4)  Does anyone have a example source program that submit a file ot the print
     MSDOS print queue?
