If you give some more info, someone may be able to take a good guess.
	How did you do it on the Zenith?
	Did you try the same thing on the SX?
	How was/is each computer configured?

In general, the process is to put the disk in the drive (are the disk
and drive of the same density), turn on the power and close the disk
drive door.
Another way, if the computer is already on, is to put the disk in the 
drive, close the drive door and hit CNTRL-ALT-DEL.
