[comp.os.msdos.programmer] Intercepting control-break in Microsoft C

jls@hsv3.UUCP (James Seidman) (11/08/90)

Sorry if this is a FAQ, but I can't seem to figure it out. For a program
I'm writing in MSC 6.0, I need to be able to prevent the user from breaking
out of it. Now, capturing SIGINT's will do this, but it still causes a
"^C" to be printed to the console. Needless to say, this is *really* ugly,
and it's not at all friendly when the screen starts scrolling. Has
anyone figured out a workaround for this?

Thanks in advance for any help!
