[comp.os.msdos.programmer] from DOS disk# to BIOS disk#

How can I convert a DOS disk# (0=A:, 1=B:, ...) to a
BIOS disk# (0=1st floppy, ..., 80h=1st fixed disk, ...)
and be sure it is correct?
