Mike Smedley is no longer the author of CXL. Innovative Data Concepts
has bought CXL, rewritten it, and released it shareware as TCXL 5.5.
New registrations are $50 and include the libraries for a compiler of
choice and source.

As these are out-of-date and contain misinformation about registration,
they should probably be replaced with the shareware version of TCXL 5.5.
The files are available on CI$ in fora BPROGB and PCVENC (lib 6), at least.
