[comp.os.msdos.programmer] Is There a New CDROM Version of MS Programmer's Library?

feustel@netcom.UUCP (David Feustel) (12/11/90)

I've heard that MS is shipping a new version of the Programmer's
Library on CDROM. If so, does anyone have any info on this?

It's now available on a subscription for a high but not outrageous price.
The first distribution was perhaps two months ago, but I don't recall the
release identification.

Earlier this year uSoft released an updated version of the original disk
(1.0a maybe) to reflect the latest version of the Fortran compiler pubs.
The upgrade was free to anyone with both the MSLIB and FORTRAN products.

You should be able to get info on the upgrade by calling uSoft's WATS line
1-800-426-9400.
