Does anyone know of a good reference for programming the appropriate values into the VGA/MCGA video DAC's to generate a nice continous color spectrum, such as a rainbow. Either a piece of code or a suggestion for a good book on the topic of color schemes would be greatly appreciated. I think the best help would be a routine which converts the values on a color wheel to the appropriate RGB value.
