Okay, it hasn't been out long now, but does anyone have a bug list for Turbo C++ 1.01? After the project bugs in the first one, I'm still paranoid and I *need* to know that my code will work. Things I'm suspicious of at the moment are the libraries, particularly malloc() wrt re-entrancy (I'm *sure* that's not happening, tho ;-) and huge arrays. Still, Borland have just opened an office in NZ, so now they're just a phone call away, so if I have any identifiable problems you can *bet* they're gonna know about it (particularly tprof... sheesh, what a lose... time to go back to the asm's and count clocks by hand again...), and get blasted over the non-existant cross-referencing of the libraries (where *did* I put my K&R???). Hmm. Why is it, every time I start talking Borland, I get ready to flame? Dunno. What's a good text editor to mate to TC++ so's I can get a *screenfull* of my source, jump between files, compile, run, and *still* have the error tracking and debug facilities available? Ah well. alt.ms-dos.wish-list beckons... ()Z -- Bryce Utting ()Z | All hail McVyvyan!
