[comp.os.msdos.programmer] Writing TSRS

Aamir.Zakaria@samba.acs.unc.edu (Aamir Zakaria) (03/02/91)

Can anyone give me some guidelines as to how to go about programming a TSR
for DOS? I'm using Zortech C, though I have access to other compilers. I also
have a shareware assembler, though I'm not too experienced with assembly language
(I'll learn, if I have to).

thanks,
Aamir

I have source code for Turbo C that will do all the dirty work for you.
In addition, this code is excrutialingly friendly to other TSR's.
If you want it I can post it here, or just email me to request it.
I have also been thinking seriously about class'izing it, as it is
presently straight C. Anyway, its yours if you want it. It shouldn't
be too difficult to move to Zortech.
