[comp.os.msdos.programmer] Is it true that BC++ 2.0 does NOT have turbo vision??

barbourj@mozart.cs.colostate.edu (jim barbour) (03/13/91)

I am not a MS-windows programmer, but I was very interested in TP 6.0s
Turbo Vision library which supposedly provides a nice way to create and
manipulate MS-dos text windows.

I assumed that BC 2.0 would have the same thing. However, I just heard from
a friend that it does not. Can someone confirm this? Is there a built-in
interface to handle dos windows under a different name?

Also, other then MS-window support and a few perks like precompiled header
files, is there any reason to upgrade TC++ 1.0 to BC++ 2.0?

thanks,
