[comp.os.msdos.programmer] Adlib - .rol file format

Could some kind soul either post or mail me the format for
a .rol music file. (I assume that the .rol stands for Roland,
but the documentation with my Adlib does not say.)

Also, does Adlib have a dial-in bbs? And if so, what is the number.
