There is a complete mirror of SIMTEL available on wuarchive
(wuarchive.wustl.edu or wuarchive.stl.edu ?). Just ftp in,
then cd mirrors/msdos and then cd to the same directory as in the
simtel listings.

Also, the subject line must now be garbo-request instead of chyde-request if you're going through the mail server.
