abp@pucc-k (Glen Shirey) (12/07/84)

I am looking for information on Albequerque New Mexico. What I am
interested in is what kind of place is it like to live in: housing,
entertainment, cost-of-living, etc. Any and all responses are welcome
either pro- or con. thanx

Having visited out there earlier this year, I have a few comments.

1) It has a LOT of open space, once you leave Albequerque city limits.

2) It gets HOT in the summer and COLD in the winter. Since it is way
inland, it doesn't get coastal temperature averaging.

3) (and this got me) It gets DUSTY, very very dusty.

4) Alb. itself is getting to be another high-tech area and already
has a techie population due to Sandia Labs, etc.
