[net.travel] Request Tahiti touristing information

My fiance and I plan to honeymoon in Tahiti. I'd appreciate
any input regarding places to see, things to do, etc.

Rumor has it that the most *reasonable* (return for the money)
way to see the south pacific is thru a tour. Can anyone
confirm this?

We would like to spend about 2 weeks there and a minimum
of 2 nights anywhere we stay. That is, more of a vacation
than a footrace. Are the overwater bungalows worth the
price? Are the inexpensive hotels really THAT trashy?
Any recommendations? Bad experiences??

				 Thanks in advance,
				 Christie Earl
