Begin Quote:

Borland International Inc. will ship Turbo Pascal for Windows on
March 18, beating Microsoft Corp. out the door with an inexpensive
language package for the popular environment.

... the $249.95 package includes a Windows version of Borland's
Integrated Development Environment and a character-based version of
Turbo Debugger, which works with Windows code.

For Pascal programmers not versed in the intricacies of Windows
development, Turbo Pascal for Windows provides ObjectWindows - a
so-called "application framework" that promises to greatly simplify
the coding process, ... [TP for Windows does not require Microsoft's
	SDK] ...

As with the Borland's recently announced C++ product, Turbo Pascal
for Windows includes the Whitewater Resource Toolkit.

The package does not replace Borland's flagship Turbo Pascal, but is
instead a separate product line, ...

All typos are mine. "..." means that some text were omitted.

I wonder if ObjectWindows resembles TurboVision at all.

Turbo Pascal 6.0 won't make Windows apps (as far as I know). You need
Turbo Pascal For Windows (TPW), which is a separate product.
