I am looking for a full featured Curses library for large model programming with Turbo C. If anyone has seen such a beasty, or can point me in the direction of a PD copy of the Curses source code, I'd be highly appreciative... -- Welcome to the Real World. Hope you enjoy the show.

PC Curses Version 1.4, which includes source for MSC, Turbo C, and other machines as well, is available on comp.sources.misc archive sites. This means you can get it via anonymous ftp from, for example, uunet.uu.net in comp.sources.misc/volume10/curses14/part[0-7]. Version 1.4 seems to have some important fixes over previous versions. I just tried loading it into a certain Curses-based game that before would freeze up on me, and that problem has now disappeared. (Although I was involved in earlier versions of PC Curses, I wasn't involved in this latest one, so I'll probably answer questions specific to 1.4 with "I don't know.") - - - - - - - - - - Steve Creps creps@silver.ucs.indiana.edu (129.79.1.6) {inuxc,rutgers,uunet!uiucdcs,pur-ee}!iuvax!silver!creps

My thanks to everyone who sent me a response to this request. Found some source code, and I'll be trying out later tonight. Once again, thanks. -- Welcome to the Real World. Hope you enjoy the show.
