[net.travel] BWIA Service to Caribean??????

I recently flew to St Lucia on BWIA.  I was not impressed with the
airline when it came to on line departures.  What has been your experience
with BWIA and other airlines to the Caribean.

I avoid BWIA like the plague after they seated us in the smoking section
twice when we had specifically requested non smoking several days before
the flight.  American's service is MUCH better (although they don't go to
many of the smaller islands).  BWIA is less organized than US airlines
and often operates on "Caribbean" time.  For these reasons and probably
others, I have heard that BWIA means "Britain's Worst Investment Abroad"(??).
