[comp.os.msdos.programmer] Mouse as Joystick... or serial joystick

I have a portable with NO slots, 1 parrellel, 1 serial.
Is there a way to either:

	(1)	Have a joystick attached toi there serial/parrallel
		port with a special driver, or

	(2)	Have a special driver that lets the mouse be seen as
		a joystick.
