I am a member of a programming team going to New Orleans in mid March
for the ACM Programming Contest. Since we will be there for an entire
week we are interested in doing some sightseeing and dining but none of
us have ever been there before. (Saskatchewan is a *long* way away)
I would be grateful if anyone could suggest places to visit and restaurants
to eat in (especially "traditional" ones) so that we don't wind up eating
at McDonalds. Since we won't have a car the distance from the Marriott Hotel
(does that mean anything to anyone?) is a factor. Besides, I think we are
supposed to be at the SIGCSE sessions. :-)
