[comp.os.msdos.programmer] Looking for BGI driver that creates HPGL | PS | Printer output.

holtt@rs6000.oce.orst.edu (Tim Holt) (06/29/91)

I've an application I'm working on, written in Turbo Pascal. It creates
detailed line drawings on the screen, which I'd like to be able to plot
on some kind of hardcopy device. I'd prefer to create an HPGL and/or
PostScript file of the screen, but not a "rasterized" version. I'm
hoping that somewhere there is a BGI driver that, when told to draw lines,
make text, etc, creates an HPGL/PS file instead. That way, if I wanted
to plot the screen, I could just re-install with the "plot" driver, then
instruct my program to re-draw the screen.

Does such a beast exists? I've already checked the simtel archives, via
wuarchive.wustl.edu, and can't find anything in directories turbopas, borland,
printer, or postscript.

Any suggestions would be desireable.
