Perfect timing for this newsgroup. I'm posting for a friend who does not yet have access to USENET. I know almost nothing about MOTIF, so if you read this and it doesn't make sense then hit 'n' and forgive me. My friend is having trouble writing a 'widget' to allow a user to enter a number in calculator format. He would like to have a calculator display pop up, after which the user can enter digits and one decimal point only. As the digits are entered, they slide to the left as they do on your average calculator display. Thanks in advance for your help. Any responses can be sent directly to me.
