Thanks to everyone who sent suggestions for honeymoon sites within driving distance from Detroit. Everyone recommended Canada, with specific mentions of Toronto and Montreal. Having grown up in Detroit, I had thought about and dismissed Canada because it seemed so ordinary and unromantic. I was really hoping someone knew about someplace nifty we hadn't heard about.
