I have a Sun Sparcstation running Motif. I have noticed that when
any Motif application is running, the focus for text input widgets
works in a bizarre fashion. The mouse cursor must actually be in the
widget to have it receive the input, even though the cursor is flashing
in the text widget indicating it has the focus.
Question 1: Why?
A second problem I am having involves assigning the focus to a specific
widget. I have used XtSetFocus to set the focus to a specific widget within
a set of widgets in a bulletin board. Each widget is a tab group.
Question 2: Is there some special way to assign focus to tab groups not
documented in Motif, or is this a bug.
