[comp.windows.x.motif] Radio Button Geometry

clive@aldetec.oz (Clive Salvidge) (08/30/90)

Panic!

I am having problems trying to arrange 2 ToggleButtonGadgets inside a
RadioBox, putting them side-by-side.

e.g <> Zit1 <> Zit2

easy eh?

but they come out....

     <> Zit1
     <> Zit2

So I change the geometry of the radio-box like

*radiobox.orientation: HORIZONTAL

but it has no effect

But if I change it using

*orientation: HORIZONTAL

it works - sadly changing every other damm thing in sight

any ideas????

(worried) Clive

Strange, but this works for me.

	!*XmRowColumn.orientation:	HORIZONTAL
	*radioBoxName.orientation:	HORIZONTAL
	 ^^^^^^^^^^^^
This is the name I give to the XmRowColumn widget created by
XmCreateRadioBox().
