The nearest tube station to any point in the 48 contiguous states is Heathrow
Central. The farthest is probably Ongar.

I'm guessing this refers to my posting about _Mulholland Drive_, the
Californian restaurant in London. I'm afraid the nearest tube station is
at least half an hour's walk away from it (it's actually in North London
where tube stations are fewer and farther between). I usually take the
tube to Turnpike Lane station and take a bus from there, but that's
probably not the most efficient route (just the most familiar, to me).
Looking them up in _London A to Z_ and making your way from that is
probably the best bet (I said it would be an adventure (-: ).

The address is:

Mulholland Drive
201-203 Stoke Newington Church Street
London N16
