Configuration: Sun3, SunOS 4.1, X11R4, Motif 1.0.A I have a form that contains text widgets. I want to select text from another application, (e.g., an xterm) and paste it into one of the text widgets. This process is only successful occasionally (usually if it is the first operation on the form after it has been managed). I need to have this capability for my application. Is this a known bug? If the general public is not having this problem, or if it is well-known and I just missed it, please e-mail me any solutions or suggestions. We won't be migrating to Motif 1.1 until after the new year. I just learned that we have Motif 1.0.3 sitting on a shelf, so if that release fixes the problem, please let me know.
