I'm having problems with the XmText (and XmTextField) widget in Motif 1.1. When the Text widget gets input focus, it draws the highlight correctly, but fails to give me the i-bar text cursor. Also, using the BACKSPACE key for rubout does not work. I have installed the XKeysymDB fron lib/Xm and I am using a .motifbind in my home directory (ncr_at). Also, when using mre (and other programs) I get warnings from Xt to the effect that it can't convert from XmString to compound string. I also have problems using an icon+drawnbutton in UIL that was generated in Motif 1.0. I get an error such as Urm__RealizeColor: can't realize color "}" Any comments would be welcome. ...Martin P.S. This occurs on Sun Sparc and Sys V/386 using gcc and X11R4.
