The version of Motif I am using does not include the Xt Toolkit convenience function
XtAppInitialize(), or many of the other functions contained in the
standard Xt library file Initialize.c. I have three questions:
(1) Why is this not included?
(2) Is there a way I should be specifying "fallback" resources which would make
the use of something like XtAppInitialize() obsolete or bad style?
(3) Which version of the MOTIF widget set will support an unabashed Xt Toolkit,
and when is it likely to come out?
