If you are running Mwm 1.0 or 1.1, you must define the following line your .Xdefaults file to take advantage of the menu definitions in either system.mwmrc or .mwmrc Mwm*buttonBindings: DefaultButtonBindings - or - Mwm*buttonBindings: ExplicitButtonBindings - or - Mwm*buttonBindings: PointerButtonBindings - or - Mwm*buttonBindings: whateverButtonBinding (you get the idea, right?) This behavior has been "fixed" in Mwm 1.1.1 so that having a button binding named "DefaultButtonBindings", in your mwm resource file (e.g. system.mwmrc), will install itself automagically.
