	What version of Mwm are you running?  If you are running Mwm 1.0 or
	1.1, you must define the following line your .Xdefaults file to take
	advantage of the menu definitions in either system.mwmrc or .mwmrc

	Mwm*buttonBindings:	DefaultButtonBindings
	- or -
	Mwm*buttonBindings:	ExplicitButtonBindings
	- or -
	Mwm*buttonBindings:	PointerButtonBindings
	- or -
	Mwm*buttonBindings:	whateverButtonBinding (you get the idea, right?)

	This behavior has been "fixed" in Mwm 1.1.1 so that having a button
	binding named "DefaultButtonBindings", in your mwm resource file (e.g.
	system.mwmrc), will install itself automagically.  This is the
	documented behavior for Mwm 1.1.  Hope this helps,
