Does any have the experience of installing Motif on top of NeWS? We are considering of installing Motif in our lab. One of the platforms we have is Sun workstations (sun3s and sparcs) and we have several programs running on SunView environment. This's why we use NeWS as server and twm as the window manager on Suns and X11(mit)/twm on all other machines to get a consistent user interface. Since we have several different platforms (sun3, sparc, hp9000, intel), we are considering of building Motif from source code. Can someone give us some hints and suggestions or your experiences? Thanks.
