I would like to have a job overseas for a minimum of a year, preferably
in a non-western country. Does anybody either know of any specific
opportunities, or else know how to go about lining up such a thing. I
am a Software Engineer with an MS in computer science and a little less
than a year's experience in industry. I have 2 years of Unix and 1 year
of `C'.
My strengths are in software design, AI, and some user interface and
graphics, but I would be willing to do (almost) anything.
I am an Australian citizen living permanently (more or less) in the U.S.

VOCATIONAL GOALS
My primary areas of interest are Computer Graphics, Artificial
Intelligence, and Computer Aided Instruction. I am also

I am an Australian who has been living in the United States
since 1978. I have traveled fairly extensively including
all six states of Australia as well as Indonesia, Fiji,
Taiwan and Tahiti. I have been active in numerous community
organizations, self-help groups and co-operatives in a wide
variety of contexts including university organizations,
alternative schools, the Lane County Food Bank, Growers
Market and the Community Energy Exchange. My interests
include flying (I have my private pilot's license), crafts,
traveling and camping. I have two children aged 16 years
and 3 years.
