[comp.windows.x.motif] Anyone have a Gnu emacs uil-mode.el?

I'd love to have a uil-mode for emacs. Has anyone written one yet? I
expect all that is needed is some simple tweeking of the c-mode. Or is
it as simple as tweeking the c-mode variables?
