Perhaps someone can quickly tell me what's going on. I've written a widget to display columns of data, and in certain circumstances XtMakeResizeRequest always comes back with bad answers. (The widget is trying to resize itself to show all its data.) The nastier problem is this: - as a child of XmForm, and with only top and left attachments, XtMakeResizeRequest always returns XtGeometryNo (simply WON'T resize). I do have XmNresizeable true. A much smaller problem, which could just be a property of XmBulletinBoard(?): - as a child of a XmBulletinBoard, XtMakeResizeRequest only returns XtGeometryYes or XtGeometryNo, but never XtGeometryAlmost In both cases, I've carefully checked my resources, and am fairly certain they are fine. Unfortunately I don't have access to a Motif source licence (and my need for it is limited to this teeny remaining problem). I'm using Xt intrinsics release 3 and Motif 1.0 something, on DEC/Sun/HP platforms. Suggestions? THANKS!!!
