[comp.windows.x.motif] Resource converter for String->UnitType, Motif 1.0

I think the subject line pretty much says it all. My copy of Motif 1.0 does
not appear to have a String-to-UnitType resource converter. Is one present
in 1.1?

As a general question, is there a repository of Motif bug reports that is
network-accessible?
