Using XmTextSetString() to change the value of a XmText widget appears to trigger a XmNvalueChangedCallback. There may be cases where this is useful, but I can think of lots of cases where an application would want to ignore the fact that it just changed the value. Is there some way to distinguish the source of the value change (user or application), or some way to tell XmTextSetString() to NOT trigger an event? Any help will be appreciated. -- Roger Meunier @ Zuken, Inc. Yokohama, Japan (roger@zuken.co.jp)
