Hello, I am currently using UIL and I like it very much. Once you get used to, it goes quite quickly to create your windows. But for some performace reasons, I may try to have my windows directly created in C - code. 1/ Does any one know if there is some way to take an UIL file and to translate it into some C code functions that would create the widget trees and use the XtSetArg() . 2/ I cannot figure out how to use the XmTextField widget of motif 1.1 into UIL files. It seems that this widget is not registered. Any inputs ? How do I register into UIL a new widget ?
