[comp.windows.x.motif] Need help calling MrmFetchIconLiteral

Could someone please provide me a code segment showing how to fetch an icon
defined in uil using the function MrmFetchIconLiteral?

My problem is in setting up the parameters screen, display and fgpix.  Where/how
are these setup?
