[net.travel] bicycles in Paris

	A friend of mine is going to be a student in England this coming fall.
Before he goes back to school, though, he would like to bicycle around
Europe.  He has heard that Paris is the best place to buy a bicycle.  Do any
of you know anything about this?  Are there any stores you recommend?  You
can either mail to me or to the net if it's of general interest.
