[comp.windows.x.motif] Compiling Motif with Interactive UNIX

saunders_j@alb000.dnet.ge.com (Jonathan S. Saunders) (06/26/91)

Has anyone had any experience compiling Motif on Interactive
UNIX. I am thinking of trying it and I was wondering if I am
going to run into a lot of problems.

I understand that Motif 1.1 requires X11R4 which Interactive has
not yet released. I assume that anyone building Motif on
Interactive is using a third-party version of X (like X386).

So, if anyone has any experiences they would like to share,
please let me know. If you used other than the AT&T compiler that
Interactive ships please let me know that too. (Replies of the
"used gcc, X386 -- no problems" type are okay.)
