Just a quickie! Will the current Motif sources (1.1.2) require modification in order to compile and run with release 5 of the X-Window System (which is scheduled for Sept/Oct 91)? Vania Joloboff and Daniel Dardailler, both of the OSF Motif Support Group confirmed that Motif 1.1.x will work with X11R5. Donna Converse, who was also there, confirmed that the Xt spec is unchanged, and that 1.1.x should work with R5 for that reason alone. Since I speak for no-one, including myself, the above comes with the usual disclaimer: Caveat Emptor. Maybe you'll hear from some or all of the parties I mentioned above. -- Kaleb Keithley kaleb@thyme.jpl.nasa.gov No flashy sig. No clever quips. No famous quotes. This space for rent.

Just three weeks ago, at Xhibition, the official word was "no comment." -- Kaleb Keithley kaleb@thyme.jpl.nasa.gov No flashy sig. No clever quips. No famous quotes. This space for rent.
