Greetings to all Objective C programmers. It seems very "strange" and "unreasonable" to me that there are so many books on C++ but only 1 (Cox's book) book on Objective C. Where are all the publishers for Objective C? Personally, I think the lack of books on Objective C plays a major role in why programmers prefer C++ more ... they really don't, but they are stuck with it because there is no easy way for them to learn Objective C by reading.
