A book published by Addison Wesley called "Applications in Object Oriented
Programming" has two chapters on OOP with Objective-C. Chapter 1 is about
a manufacturing simulation library called BLOCS. Chapter 2 mentions the
Military Management Information System (SITMAP) application built with both
Objective-C and ICpak201.

I might also modestly suggest my own book, "Object-oriented Programming,
An Evolutionary Approach", Addison Wesley 1986. A new version is soon
to be released that covers syntactic extensions made since 1986.
