There are currently hundreds of thousands of textbooks and workbooks (teacher's editions, too) of all grade levels on most subjects -- readers, literature, math, science, social studies and geography, as well as foreign languages, available through the Sacramento City Unified School District (SCUSD) Purchasing Department's Surplus Book Room. These books are FREE to the public. Many of them are brand-new or in very good condition. You need not be a resident of Sacramento to take advantage of this.
