I am going to be in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area on business
either in late July or sometime in August. I'm going to be there
for a week, so I thought I would take my family along for the
outing. After calling a couple of the major chains for rooms
along Virginia Beach and getting a price quote of $110.00 minimum,
I am putting out desperate cry for help.
HEEEEELLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPP!!!!!
Does anyone know of some more economical places to stay near the
beach? Kitchenette-type places would be fine with us. Since I
will have the rental car, it would be convenient for my family if
they were just a stone's throw away from the beach. If you have
any specific places to stay that are reasonably priced or places to
stay away from that were horror stories, please let me know. If I
get any responses, I will post a summary to the net.
