I am getting a little interested in making replica coinage using silver as the metal of choice. I would like ideas on how to cheaply and at home make replica coins from a master and silver rounds. I have no experience doing any casting and no experience doing any engraving or die making or planchet cutting and no tools other than a propane torch and a regular toolset (hammer, chisel, screwdriver, etc.) that is way too big for fine detail work. Any information that would be relevant to what I am doing including suggestions or past experiences would be appreciated.
