I am offering for sale one registered & licensed copy of Acius' 4th Dimension 2.1, sans documentation. What you will get: Official Acius program disks for 4d 2.0 (upgrade version). Copies of Acius' program disks for 4D 2.1 (sent free to all 2.0 owners; this copy was previously owned by someone who had two copies of 4D, Acius may have only sent them one copy of the disks and docs for 2.0 -> 2.1). Copies of the documentation that came with the 2.1 disks. A letter from me, assigning ownership to you, which you can send with your own letter confirming the data in my letter to Acius. Serial number and ID number for your new copy of 4D. What you wan't get: Manuals for 4D 2.0/2.1. This was a copy of 4D that was originally upgraded from 1.0.6, and no manuals were ordered at that time. If you want manuals, they are available from Acius for $160. If not (for instance, if you just need a second copy of 4D to keep legitimate on number of users/programmers), then you're getting quite a deal. I'm in the process of transferring ownership of my own copy from its former owner (a company that I used to work for that went out of business, owing me some money). Acius has indicated that the transfer of ownership will be no problem, and that ordering the manuals is still possible. Price: $250 plus shipping. With the cost of the docs, this still comes out to ~$50 less than the MacConnection/MacWarehouse plan. I will consider other offers, but I think this is a reasonable and fair price.
