Howdy. I have a lot of 64Kx1 150ns DRAMs for sale. 8264-15, and 4564-15 (both 64Kx1). I have been informed that my original post was too high, so I am lowering the price to $0.75 per chip (lower in VAST quantities). If anybody is remotely interested, or know anybody that would be remotely interested, please contact me.
