For sale: CD Technology's Porta-Drive CD-ROM player
brand new, still in original packing
$595 includes software interface for Mac computers

(lists for $895, cheapest mail order is $649+shipping)

This is my final top choice of drive for features versus cost, it's made by CD
Technology using Toshiba's drive mechanism (the fastest on the market).
But I had to buy two of CD Tech's drives to get this great low price. I love
the Porta-Drive! And you can have one too. It's a very compact design, 2" x
6" x 9", the power adapter is separate and can be exchanged with a 2 hr battery
pack for portable use. The drive itself only weighs 4 lbs (one of the lightest).
It can also be used with any PC compatible computer with standard 8-bit bus
SCSI adapter card.

First offer of $595 takes the drive! Shipping negotiable.

Check the 3/90 MacUser mag for their CD-ROM review (this drive placed tops!)
